Hi everyone,

As
we enter the festive season and the events that accompany this time of year, I encourage you to attend your swim lessons as often as you can.  This will ensure your children's skills are maintained without regression.

Thank you to all those who attended the Christmas Party on Saturday.  Everyone had a wonderful afternoon with swimming and dancing!

Christmas Closure
We will be having a break from Friday 23rd December to Thursday 5th January inclusive. Your swimming lesson will continue on the same day and time when we return from the break.

Holiday program
We will be running our holiday program again during the Christmas holidays. This is a great opportunity to do some extra lessons in addition to your normal weekly lesson. Dates are:
1st week 12th - 16th December 2022
2nd week 9th - 13th January 2023
3rd week 16th - 20th January 2023

Level Profile - "Safety Kicker"

I'm now 4 to 5 years old, I am happy to separate from mum or dad and and understand when I need to wait, stop and go, I can happily take turns and follow my teacher's directions. It's time for mummy and daddy to sit back and watch while I learn to swim with my teacher.

As well as building on the distance I can move through the water, I will be working on my kicking and floating skills and continue to reinforce important safety skills such as recovering to safety, treading water and learning how to take a breath.  I'm building foundation skills in preparation for learning the more complex swimming skills of freestyle and backstroke.

FAQ's

Please click here to see our Frequently Asked Questions containing lots of very helpful information.

Does my child need to wear a cap?

Yes, all children 3 years and over need to wear a cap. Wearing a cap is not only hygienic and helps us to maintain our excellent water quality, but also keeps hair out of your child’s eyes and mouth while learning to swim. This simple step makes concentrating easier, which in turn helps your child’s progress. We have easy on – easy off caps available for sale at our reception.
"From the Team at Dipadees we wish you all a very happy and safe Christmas
and look forward to seeing you in 2023!"
We will be closed for Christmas from Friday 23 December to Thursday 5 January inclusive.
Learn to swim customers are not charged for lessons that fall during our Christmas/New Year closure.
And a reminder, we have a perpetual program that continuously rolls over from month to month.
This means we will hold your usual lesson time and day for when we reopen in January, unless you advise us otherwise.
If you are going away outside of our Christmas / New Year close dates, we ask that you please pop
on to your customer portal and mark yourself away.
