Frequently Asked Questions
How do my swim fees work?
Your monthly fees are based on the number of lessons scheduled in each calendar month. You won’t be charged for any public holidays we’re closed, and if a month includes a fifth lesson (e.g., five Mondays), that additional lesson will be included in your fees.
Fees are automatically debited on the 1st of each month to ensure your child’s spot is secured and lessons continue seamlessly. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, the debit will occur on the previous business day.
Are there ways I can make extra savings on lessons?
Absolutely! Be sure to check out our Dipadees’ $’s program to see how you can save.
How much are lessons?
Baby Bubble program (3-6 months): FREE for 8 weeks!
Baby and Toddler and Learn to Swim programs (30min):
Super Dipper Stroke Development (45min):
$108 per month for one session per week.
To maximise your child's progress, you're welcome to request a second session each week - at no extra cost! Just email us at [email protected].
Missile Squads (60min):
$112 per month, with access to up to 3 sessions per week - all for the one low monthly fee.
Do I need to re-book every month?
No, we use a perpetual booking system, which means your child's spot automatically rolls over from month to month. This continues until your child can swim or you decide to stop. As long as your swim fees are up to date, your child’s place remains secure.
Can I book and then pay later?
No, you will need to make your payment at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

Can we swim in the pool before, during or after the lesson?
For safety reasons, children must stay dry until their teacher meets them at the pool edge and invites them in. At the end of the lesson, the teacher will bring your child back to the edge and “officially” hand them back into your care.
For our Baby and Toddler classes, we kindly ask that parents wait in the seating area or near the change tables until the class is called.
Are there times adults can lap swim?
We offer limited times for lap swimmers, water walk and other aquatic exercises. Please click here for further details.

Does my child need to wear goggles?
Goggles are good fun and necessary once children start to swim laps. However, in the early stages of learn to swim children should learn without goggles, just so they don’t panic when water gets in their eyes. We have quality goggles available for sale at the swim school and our friendly staff will assist with fitting.
Does my child need to wear a cap?
