Our FREE eight week learn to swim lessons for babies aged approximately 3 to 6 months old is designed as a gentle introduction to water. Like a bubble gently floating on the water your baby will love the sensory experiences of our Baby Bubble program. Our experienced instructors will guide you gently through each activity.  

Your baby will enjoy the exercise and freedom of movement in water as little limbs stretch, splash and kick and love feeling the buoyancy and how water supports their little bodies.

• Developing balance systems with gentle posture changes from back to tummy, and back again and from side to side.
• Learning body awareness as warm water gently massages their skin and builds neural pathways between brain, limbs, hands and feet.
• Building upper body strength through tummy time on the waters surface (face out).
• Learning how to take a breath on cue, working towards submerging. 

Baby Bubble is the perfect first step in your bub's aquatic journey. Starting early is a beautiful bonding and developmental experience and can help prevent water fears as well as develop a lifelong love of water. Plus... it's a perfect activity for mothers' groups to enjoy!

What comes after the Baby Bubble Program?

Little Nipper 1: I'm approximately 6 and 12 months old and I can sit and crawl. In my Little Nipper 1 class I will continue to learn about taking a breath and submerging as well as learning to kick, turnaround and grab the side and other fun activities to educate me on how water works.
From our Little Nipper 1 mummy, daddy and me program your bub can progress to our Little Nipper 2 and 3 levels to build and strengthen the skills and confidence they have been learning. 
Our beautiful classes have been designed to gently reinforce and step children through each level as they grow and develop until, when they are old enough they have the skills to be safer and enjoy both recreational and or lap swimming.
