Hi everyone, We hope you all enjoyed the recent Easter break and made the most of the wonderful weather for the school holidays.
Thank you everyone who entered feedback for the survey and congratulations to our winners of the $50 credits - Kieran Hearley, Akiko Baron and Bronwyn Telford-Herdman! We have now implemented some improvements and changes due to the feedback received from everyone.
Make up Tokens - MORE FLEXIBLE POLICY starts 1st May. You asked and we have listened! Dipadees now offer unlimited make up tokens and you will have 90 days to redeem these tokens. To receive a token your child must be marked absent in the customer portal at least one hour prior to their lesson time. This will mean you will see improved availability of make up spots to choose from moving forward. If you need assistance on how to mark your child absent in the portal please email email@example.com and we can help.
Skills - You will be able to view your child's progression through the Evaluations tab on your customer portal. This feature on skills is a great way to see what your child is working on during the lessons.
Progress report - We are very happy to give you a report on your child's progress. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will communicate with the teacher and give you a personal phone call to discuss progression.
Extra seating has been put out around the pool. Please let us know if you would like a chair to sit on while watching the lessons.
Car Park - We are working on solutions to help with entry and exit to the top block car park as well as the steepness / loose gravel.
Bathroom improvements are also in the pipeline as we endeavour to make these areas more child friendly.
