Starting Young — Baby and Toddler Beginners The earlier children start in the water, the more natural it feels to them. Our free Baby Bubble Program introduces infants aged 3 to 6 months to the water through gentle sensory activities in our heated saltwater pool. It is as much about bonding and developmental stimulation as it is about swimming, and it sets children up beautifully for the next stages of their aquatic journey. For toddlers and preschool-aged children, our Babies and Toddlers program and Kindy Kids classes build on that early foundation with structured beginner swim lessons that focus on water confidence, safety skills and the beginnings of independent movement in the water. School-Age Beginners
Adult BeginnersLearning to swim as an adult is more common than most people think. Many adults come to us having never properly learned as children, or having developed a fear of water at some point in their lives. Some are parents who realised they could not confidently supervise their own children in the pool. Others simply decided it was time. Our adult swimming lessons at Dipadees are supportive and judgement-free. There is no class of children watching, no pressure to keep up. You will work with a qualified instructor in a warm heated pool, with a clear plan to get you swimming safely and confidently at your own pace. What to Expect at Your First Lesson
